This Privacy Policy explains how NetaCarbon, Inc. (“Neta AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit our website at www.getneta.ai (the “Website”), create an account, or otherwise interact with the Neta AI packaging intelligence platform (the “Platform,” and together with the Website, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy applies to visitors, users, and business contacts of the Services (“you”).

This Privacy Policy does not apply to the business content that our customers submit to the Platform for packaging compliance purposes, such as product SKU specifications, packaging dimensions, material compositions, and cost or sales data (“Customer Content”). Customer Content is confidential business information and its handling is governed by separate agreement(s) between Neta AI and that customer. To the extent Customer Content contains personal information, Neta AI processes it as a service provider or processor on behalf of the customer, and requests to exercise privacy rights with respect to that information should be directed to the customer that submitted it.

Personal Information We Collect
1. Information You Provide
  - Account and contact information: name, business email address, job title, employer, phone number, and login credentials.
  - Communications: information you provide when you contact us for support, sales inquiries, or other correspondence.
  - Billing information: billing contact name, email, and invoicing details. Payment card and bank details are collected and processed directly by our third-party payment processor and are not stored by Neta AI.
2. Information we Collect Automatically
  - Usage data: pages visited, features used, timestamps, and interactions with our website and platform.
  - Device and log data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and referring URLs.
  - Cookies and similar technologies, as described in Section 4 below.
3. Information from other Sources
  - Service providers who support our Services, such as cloud hosting, analytics, and customer support tools.
  - Publicly available regulatory and legal sources we use to build our compliance content, which generally does not include personal information.

This output is provided for informational and operational purposes only. It is not legal advice and is not a substitute for independent professional judgment. Neta AI does not use personal information to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning individuals.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We and our service providers use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to operate our website, remember your preferences, and analyze usage. We do not use cookies or similar technologies for cross-context behavioral or targeted advertising, and we do not permit third parties to do so on our website. You can disable or delete cookies through your browser settings. If you do, some parts of our website may not function properly.

Service providers: third parties that support our provision of the website and platform, under confidentiality and data protection obligations.

However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that your information will never be accessed without authorization. Neta AI is based in, and generally processes personal information in, the United States.

Neta AI's Services are currently offered to business customers located in the United States, and this Privacy Policy is specific to the United States. If Neta AI's Services expand to customers or users located outside the United States, we will appropriately update this Privacy Policy to reflect any additional data transfer obligations that may apply.

Your U.S. Privacy Rights

Not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights.

California residents also have the right to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information and to appeal a denial of a rights request. Residents of other states with comprehensive privacy laws may also have the right to appeal a denial of a rights request; you may appeal by replying to our written response or by emailing us at support@getneta.ai with the subject line "Privacy Rights Appeal." We will inform you in writing of the outcome of the appeal and the reasons for it, and will provide any additional regulatory contact required by your state.

Authorized Agents. You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may require the agent to provide proof of your authorization and may still require you to verify your own identity directly with us before completing the request.
