What people are saying about Neta AI
You made my vision come to life. Being able to log changes, add citations, and track deadlines in one place is so, so helpful.
There's a lot happening in this space, and it's great to see it in one single dashboard. Being able to put notes in and see which SKUs are affected by which factors is very valuable.
Companies are never making EPR decisions in a vacuum. Being able to clearly model the cost of a particular innovation change puts a number to it, which will drive more substantive business conversations.
You've done a great job of taking the feedback and what we've discussed in the last few calls. The context is pretty spot on.

- Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR)
- A regulatory framework that shifts the cost and responsibility for a product's end-of-life management, typically packaging waste, from municipalities onto the companies that produce or sell it. As of 2026, seven US states have enacted packaging EPR laws, and similar frameworks exist in more than 60 countries worldwide, including across the EU, Canada, Japan, and South Korea.
- Eco-modulation
- A pricing mechanism within EPR fee schedules that adjusts what a producer pays based on how recyclable, reusable, or sustainable their packaging is, rather than charging a flat rate by material type. It's increasingly built into state EPR fee methodologies as programs mature past simple weight-based fees.
- Post-Consumer Recycled Content (PCR)
- Material reclaimed from products that have already been used and discarded by consumers, then reprocessed into new packaging, as distinct from pre-consumer or post-industrial scrap generated during manufacturing. Several state EPR fee schedules and eco-modulation formulas offer reduced fees for packaging with a higher percentage of PCR content, making it one of the few design levers a producer can act on directly to lower its EPR exposure.
