
Mar Velasco is the co-founder of Neta, a venture-backed climate tech startup incubated at MIT and Harvard. She has spoken at international conferences, including COP28 in Dubai and NCAPEC, and has also served as a judge for entrepreneurial competitions such as the Microsoft Imagine Cup. She has extensive experience in venture building, corporate finance, international markets, sustainability, and strategy.
Mar holds an MBA from MIT Sloan, complemented by MIT certificates in Sustainability and Entrepreneurship & Innovation. Outside of work, she loves being outdoors, especially trail running and sailing.
